Absolutely Amazing!! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. When I first moved to NC, I lived in New Bern. The closest BMW dealer was in Kinston. I went there once!! When the service manager John realized we were in trouble with our lease( being way over in mileage and out of warranty etc.) he got the sales manager Ty involved and got us into a CPO Elite program car (basically brand new) I really feel they went above and beyond to help us out before the situation got really ugly! John Draz, our Client Advisor was beyond fabulous! He really went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable with the purchase and even though it was obvious we were desperate to get out of the lease and buy, he worked just as hard providing us with "The Ultimate Purchasing Experience" as he would have if he was not sure if we might have walk away without buying that day!!! Bought 2017 X1 I worked with John Draz to find a BMW X1. We test drove several (over several months), and he was very helpful with descriptions/demonstrations of va I worked with John Draz to find a BMW X1. We test drove several (over several months), and he was very helpful with descriptions/demonstrations of various options of the vehicles we drove (and of options that were not on the vehicles we drove). I eventually decided on ordering an X1 from the factor (to get the exact color and options I wanted), and John facilitated that process. He got all of the paperwork lined up and made the process very easy. The whole process of my looking at and deciding on the X1 took many months, but there was no pressure, and this worked out very satisfactorily. When the X1 eventually arrived, John got me through all the purchase paperwork and again walked me through operation of all of the car's settings and controls. All in all, a very pleasant purchase. More
