He also assisted me with obtaining information for my insurance claim about my previous vehicle, BMW 328i, that was deemed to be a total loss in a flash flood a few days prior. I had purchased that vehicle from Leith BMW just 6 months prior. Barry answered all of my questions, the vehicles he pre-picked for me where exactly what I needed to see and drive. We had a lot of questions going into this and wanted to make sure that every feature on our required and wanted list was explained and demonstrated so that we felt confident in our purchase. After looking around at other manufactures, we came back a year later and Kent remembered us, knew right where we left off, and was able to find us the vehicle with all of the features we wanted.
