Everything I expected and more I was deciding between an 2016 Audi A6 and a 2016 BMW 5-series. What "sold" me was that I was pretty much open to either car, I just wanted the best I was deciding between an 2016 Audi A6 and a 2016 BMW 5-series. What "sold" me was that I was pretty much open to either car, I just wanted the best deal and the best service. I got the best service from both dealerships, but the one thing that stood out was that the Client Advisor and the General Sales Manager were able to LISTEN to what I wanted and ended up locating a 2016 BMW 535i, brought it into their dealership, and made an offer I couldn't refuse. That, along with the BMW 0% financing and included warranty/scheduled service... made it an easy decision. I have only been back to the dealership once for a first time service, and they were everything you'd expect from a BMW dealership there as well. More

BMW 535i buying experience I've been searching for a car for quite some time but always kept checking inventory in this dealership. I must say so far they have best lineup of BM I've been searching for a car for quite some time but always kept checking inventory in this dealership. I must say so far they have best lineup of BMWs in the Triangle area. I finally found a 535i with all the features that I was looking for. John Draz was my salesman, very patient, knowledgeable and experienced. He provided great insight into some of the models that I was deciding on which helped me make the right choice. John also arranged a pick up with a courtesy car for me, followed up after the purchase and checked if I had any questions. Great work, and highly recommended, indeed! Now I'm really looking forward to expand my experience with my new 535! More

Sales experience was great but after sales service is poor. About a month back we bought a Certified pre owned 2013 BMW X5. Richard Williams our sales associate. Richard is a true professional and easy to work with. However we are not quite happy with their Certification process. Since we took delivery of the vehicle we have noticed several issues with this car which was brought to their attention. One would expect them to have put the car through a rigorous testing process. That was not the case. I have been waiting for them to schedule a time to get these issues resolved. Unfortunately they have not yet done that. It is extremely frustrating to go ignored. More
