John Draz was my salesman, very patient, knowledgeable and experienced. He provided great insight into some of the models that I was deciding on which helped me make the right choice. Sales experience was great but after sales service is poor. About a month back we bought a Certified pre owned 2013 BMW X5. Richard Williams our sales associate. Richard is a true professional and easy to work with. However we are not quite happy with their Certification process. Since we took delivery of the vehicle we have noticed several issues with this car which was brought to their attention. One would expect them to have put the car through a rigorous testing process. That was not the case. I have been waiting for them to schedule a time to get these issues resolved. Unfortunately they have not yet done that. It is extremely frustrating to go ignored. More

I had been searching for a specific model, I contacted 5 different BMW dealerships in three different states and was incredibly disappointed by the lack of knowledge of the salespeople I spoke with and their inability or indifference in wanting to sell me a car. Then I called Leith BMW and was fortunate enough to reach Richard Williams. He was professional, knowledgeable and anxious to help in whatever way he could. He took several pictures of the car for me, answered my very specific questions regarding it's condition and made me feel confident that if I made the nearly 200 mile trip to purchase the car it would be just as he had described. The car was pristine and he did everything to make our experience pleasurable. I will also add that Harry Helmer, Leith's finance person was very thorough and answered all my questions satisfactorily. Leith BMW, in my view, is very fortunate to have a salesperson as competent, personable and knowledgeable as Richard Williams.
