I had been searching for a specific model, I contacted 5 different BMW dealerships in three different states and was incredibly disappointed by the lack of knowledge of the salespeople I spoke with and their inability or indifference in wanting to sell me a car. Then I called Leith BMW and was fortunate enough to reach Richard Williams. He was professional, knowledgeable and anxious to help in whatever way he could. He took several pictures of the car for me, answered my very specific questions regarding it's condition and made me feel confident that if I made the nearly 200 mile trip to purchase the car it would be just as he had described. The car was pristine and he did everything to make our experience pleasurable. I will also add that Harry Helmer, Leith's finance person was very thorough and answered all my questions satisfactorily. Leith BMW, in my view, is very fortunate to have a salesperson as competent, personable and knowledgeable as Richard Williams. I returned and purchased my vehicle with Leith BMW and Richard Williams was my sales person. I purchased a certified 435i with only 8000 miles. Two days after driving the car and having it at home and in my garage, I noticed a couple of paint imperfections and brought them to his dealerships attention. They told me no problem and their paint & body department buffed out the imperfections and now my car looks flawless. Some dealerships would've said the dealer is not responsible and sold "as is" but they took care of me after the sale and I appreciate that! What is a sale without great service? John was informed, friendly and a dream to work with. I had a car in mind and used the Internet to do car searching. I found a cream puff that was listed with Leith BMW. I emailed the dealer and set up a time for a test drive. John took me for a test drive and that car was amazing, what a sharp car. By the time I finished my test drive I knew this was the car for me and the dealer I wanted to work with. I purchased a very low mileage BMW X1 s28i. It was immaculate and a Certified BMW. The car had all I was looking for. John worked with me and was very informative about what the car had for options. John also had me work with Joel Kilgore to go through the whistle and bells of this vehicle. Financing was a smooth and great experience. I was struck by how friendly everyone was from walking in the doors to handling over the keys. Great Car Buying Experience! I have to admit that buying a new car is not something I look forward to.
