Couldn't have been easier I had the pleasure of working with John Draz at Leith BMW. My lease was ending and I was looking to get into a 528i. Great Price, Great Car, Fantastic Salesperson Although Wilmington has a BMW dealership, I drove to Leith BMW in Raleigh so I could work with Henry Caldwell, a sales advisor there. I have worked with Henry in past and felt comfortable; not pressured. I had gotten pricing from the Wilmington dealership and had been on-line checking comps. so I felt I had a good foundation of what I was looking to accomplish. Car dealerships are not my favorite place but Henry made me feel at ease. I truly believe he has the customer's best interest in mind. We worked a lease deal on a new 2016 X1. I was turning in a 2014X1 so I thought I knew what to expect, but the redesigned X1 is really like a whole new experience. I am very, very happy with my car choice and the lease. Thank you Henry!
