Richard Williams Made the difference I was going in the market to purchase a convertible. My wife and I had been looking at BMW, Infinity, and Audi. When looking at the vehicles the thing that stuck out to me was the incredible depth of knowledge that Richard, our salesman, had on each vehicle and especially for the car we ended up buying. Don't get me wrong, the vehicle is beautiful and helps sell itself, but Richard's depth of knowledge, his professional demeanor, and goal to serve stood out starkly compared to other dealerships. Greatly appreciate his attitude, the management's attitude and hope it is a reflection of how we will be treated for the life of the car. More

David Malette called me personally when an allocation for an M2 becam I was in the market for a BMW M2, but most dealerships had a long waiting list. David Malette called me personally when an allocation for an M2 became available, and immediately put my name down as the next in line to purchase the car. David was responsive and answered all of my questions, and was ready to help at any time during the ordering process (which takes several months). During signing, everything was laid out clearly with the agreed upon price, and there was no haggling at any time. They also processed my lease turn in quickly and without any issues or additional cost. I would highly recommend this dealership and David Malette in particular, as they care about their customers, and they remain honest and friendly throughout the entire car purchasing experience. More

Wonderful Experience I was in the market for a new automobile and happened to be fortunate enough to meet Barry Frucht at Leith BMW. Barry was very considerate, profession I was in the market for a new automobile and happened to be fortunate enough to meet Barry Frucht at Leith BMW. Barry was very considerate, professional and took time to fully understand what I was looking for... He was most interested in finding me the right automobile and not just making a sell (how refreshing). Ultimately, with his help, I decided on a new 2016 BMW 528i. I was concerned with the 4 cylinder engine and he suggested a Dinan chip which increased the overall HP and torque. All I can say is Wow!!!!! I am very happy with my new BMW and the attention to detail Barry provided. What a pleasure it was to deal with a person who ultimately only wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted and not just trying to sell a car.
