All the way from the 'burgh! So around about December '16, I reached out to John concerning a certain BMW 328d SportWagon. I'd been searching for a replacement vehicle the Lieth So around about December '16, I reached out to John concerning a certain BMW 328d SportWagon. I'd been searching for a replacement vehicle the Lieth had one of a few in my site. I had budget so the numbers weren't quite adding up during my early contact with John. Roll forward 6-7 weeks later and noticed that a price reduction had taken place on the vehicle. Still not in my budget but I reached out to John to see if we could come to an agreement on a price. I called John on Monday from my home outside of Pittsburgh and by Wednesday was driving it North through the highways of NC and WV. John and the team at Lieth worked with me every step of the way. First with some pricing and then just getting the deal closed, working remotely, and keeping the in-dealership time to a minimum as I knew my drive would be a long one. In addition to working with me directly, John arranged for my brother to test drive the vehicle as he's local in Raleigh. I think by brother was pretty impressed by the whole experience having witnessed this as a bystander. Great job John and team! More
