We stopped by the BMW to look st the series 2 or 3 and met David who was very knowledgeable about all things BMW and great at understanding how to assist customers. David was not pushy, he answered our questions and in what can be a stressful, even painful experience helped to make it a delight. The series 2 and 3 did not feel right and We looked st a used 2014 - 528 with low mileage that had come in that morning and we test drive it and fell in love with it. With a small fee, Kent pulled the vehicle off of the market for me for a few days until I could get back in town from traveling. I arrived at the dealership on the agreed upon date only to find the 128i exactly how he had described it! I could not leave the dealership without that 128i. Kent took care of all the details for me regarding the purchase of the vehicle and I was out the door and headed home in my new car in no time at all.
