l called Ales on a Friday afternoon when exiting my plane coming back from Texas where I had test drove a 2024 BMW x1. Leith BMW showed one on their website that had all the features I was looking for. Wit coming back from Texas where I had test drove a 2024 BMW x1. Leith BMW showed one on their website that had all the features I was looking for. Within less than an hour Ales was able to find the car and share additional information with me and we were then able to negotiate and agree on a price. It was an easy and stress free process. Within just a few days we up at the dealership driving off in our new luxury x1. (I esp liked the red bow on the car when we came for pick up; thank you Ales). Ales from the beginning was well prepared, knowledgable and prompt. Everyone we have been fortunate to have contact with at Leith has been nothing more than professional and kind (Brendan Clive in warranties, John who dropped off our loaner car while ours was getting the Armor All treatment and Tommie with BMW Genius with our encore class).
