Ales met me promptly upon arrival and was very helpful in answering my questions about the car. He e I came in to check out a car I had seen online. He even helped me compare the car to another used one at a different dealer - which really created value for me. Ales' knowledge of BMW's was paramount. We also took a quick test drive and the process felt very comfortable and relaxed - no pressure at all. I never felt pushed to buy something that was not a fit for my needs and wants in a new vehicle. Will definitely be coming to Ales again for upgrades when it's time for another BMW! More
