Pleasant Experience Ales was a super nice guy to assist in my car buying experience. The X5 I found online was all detailed and ready to look at. We were able to work out a fair price for my trade-in after some negotiation. The entire process was very smooth. Ales even dropped off some new floor mats at my house the next day along with an item I had left in my trade-in. Would highly recommend. More

I never felt like I was inconveniencing them to find what would be the best car for me. Juan Haire the sales manager was a pleasure to work with, and helped put together what I thought was a really good deal. I appreciated Harry Helmer's help with financing options, and Charles Thompson the BMW Genius was very patient, and was good at explaining how all of the features worked in ways that I could understand.
