Excellent Experience Non Pressure Environment On Friday , We found our next car on the Leith BMW site. After contacting the dealer by email, we were contacted by John Diaz to set an appointment fo On Friday , We found our next car on the Leith BMW site. After contacting the dealer by email, we were contacted by John Diaz to set an appointment for the following day. John was open for questions relative to the X3 even though this call was at day end. He indicated that he would obtain the keys to have the car ready for a test drive upon my arrival. As we arrived to the dealership this beautiful black X3 was being backed in the front of the building. We met John , and he facilitated the most elaborate test drive . He was very knowledgeable about the X3 , and his professional demeanor was one that far exceeded expectations . He also drove our trade , once again demonstrating his exemplary customer service and knowledge . We bought that beautiful shiny 2018 X3 that awaited us because it was exactly what we expected of a BMW , and our Salesman John Diaz displayed a personable interest in us as well as the outcome.
