A very pleasurable experience Being from out of state, I wasn't familiar with the Dealership necessary paperwork or the location. As I was beginning to fill lost my cell rang and Being from out of state, I wasn't familiar with the Dealership necessary paperwork or the location. As I was beginning to fill lost my cell rang and it was John calling and wanting to know if I needed assistance. He directed me to the agency and as we walked in he was introducing me to other employees. He then showed me the restrooms, the snack bar and then introduced me to the sales manager, Barry Carpenter. We went thru the necessary papers, and completed all of the necessary forms. He introduced me to Mitch who escorted me to the Z4 and explained all of the electronics. Very thorough and precise. We then went back in and went to finance and completed that task...again another super employee. Buying a car can be stressful but this experience was probably the best and it all started with the sales manager and then I was handed off to John D who did an outstanding job. As we said in the Navy...Congratulations on a job well done! More
