Built our car online, requested quote from all dealers in Central Eastern Atlantic and Leith responded with best price of everyone in a short email which included Out-The-Door price. Contacted Leith and was connected with Ales Olecky, a BMW guru. Ales answered all our questions, recommended we pick up at the BMW performance center, orchestrated the purchase and made arrangements for BMW performance center delivery. Ales and BMW exceeded our expectations from our first request for quote to driving home from the performance center in our new car. Kent is the reason I bought the car well, I was looking for a CPO car and thought of test driving a BMW. I had an appointment with Kent and took a test drive.I was in no mood to buy but well, I was looking for a CPO car and thought of test driving a BMW. I had an appointment with Kent and took a test drive.I was in no mood to buy but just looking and wanted to test drive at few other dealerships.But Kent's technical knowledge and expertise changed everything. Easy negotiation, great customer experience I was shopping various dealers for a 2018 BMW X3 -- wanting specific packages on the car. Charles Thompson was my salesman, and since Leith is out-of I was shopping various dealers for a 2018 BMW X3 -- wanting specific packages on the car. Charles Thompson was my salesman, and since Leith is out-of-town for me, we did virtually everything by text! Charles was responsive, informative, and great to work with. We closed the deal in one day, my wife and I took the train to Raleigh to pick up the car. Leith had someone pick us up at the station. Charles greeted us at the dealership, had the car waiting in a delivery bay and walked us through the car's features. I was very pleased with the deal we got on this car and recommend the dealership.
