"The Best Car Buying Experience" My daughter and I went in the dealership on a busy Saturday afternoon. She is close to turning 15 and we had started our search for her a car. BMW was not on my radar however I knew we were going to purchase her a luxury crossover/small suv. We kindly asked Kent was it ok to sit in the showroom cars. He said, "Absolutely, sure go right ahead." Well she did sit in that cute X1 that day and the rest is history. He took the time to answer not only my questions but hers also. We told Kent our color choices and options that we wished for along with our budget. He started the search and within a couple of weeks he found the perfect X1. My husband and I went in for a test drive and for Kent to go over different options on the car with us. Kent was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. My husband and I stressed in the beginning we didn't care for pushy salespeople nor did we do the back and forth. We only did a little negotiating, which is to be expected. All through text and email I might add. Once terms were reached we came in the dealership and finished up the paperwork. Business office manager Colleen was great to work with also. I think we not only purchased the perfect X1 for our daughter we gained a relationship with Leith BMW, especially Kent. Thanks a million for a wonderful buying experience Kent! My great experience at Leith BMW I had a Acura MDX that I needed to turn in from my lease. I was planning on getting my ninth Acura. I heard that BMWs are really nice cars so I decide I had a Acura MDX that I needed to turn in from my lease. I was planning on getting my ninth Acura. I heard that BMWs are really nice cars so I decided to see what people were talking about. I pulled up and was greeted promptly by Barry Frucht. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about every model. For the past 20 years , I have leased all my cars except for two. I was really planning on leasing again but when Barry should me a used 2013 750I, I was sold lol. Sean Beech , one of the managers, sat down with me and gave me a price I felt to be very fair. They then had me sit down with one of the finance managers, Colleen . She was friendly and knew her stuff. I left the dealership with my beautiful new car feeling very good about the purchase. I always tell people, the two people I need to trust are a dentist and a car salesman. Guess what? I have found my dealership where I feel comfortable that I will be treated like a part of the family. Thank you Barry, Sean, and Colleen for making my purchase of my first BMW a wonderful experience.
