We had a great experience purchasing our new X3 from Leith BMW. Ales was our salesperson and he was very informative (we had lots of questions)), no pressure tactics (we actually left to think it over a Leith BMW. Ales was our salesperson and he was very informative (we had lots of questions)), no pressure tactics (we actually left to think it over and run some numbers - at Ales suggestion - and came back the next day to purchase) and walked us through CPO vs New comparisons advantages vs disadvantages. We ended going new only because they had the exact color options and vehicle options we wanted on the lot that we looked at purchased on the second day. Although the entire purchase and vehicle familiarization process took a little more than two hours it was seamless, no stress, no pressure, friendly and personal. Will highly recommend Leith and Ales to family, friends and anyone else. More

Spencer reached out to me after I inquired about a used car with certain features and helped me find it. Since Spencer was busy with another customer when I arrived, he arranged for Zach to introduce me t car with certain features and helped me find it. Since Spencer was busy with another customer when I arrived, he arranged for Zach to introduce me to the car and take me on a test drive.
