We were driving from Charlotte to look at this car so we wanted to be clear that this was the perfect car for us once we got there. We arrived late on a Saturday & John took all the time we needed to make sure this was what we wanted. He went over numerous details about the car that no other salesman from other dealerships told us. He was so thorough! John was a pleasure to work with! When the happy day of arrival of the new X3 from the factory came, he promptly let me know and worked out a convenient time to deliver the vehicle to me and my wife. I would work with Kent again without hesitation. In addition, the administrative folks and the BMW "genius" were very helpful in getting us into and acclimated to the X3. We started out driving the X1 which was a departure from previously driving a 325 and 328. While we loved the drive and features, we were pulled back to a sedan. John accommodated us in driving a couple of 330s....one new one and a low mileage loaner. Our original intention was to order a 2018 in color and features wanted, but John was able to set us up in the 2017 for a great price and with all the functionality and trim we wanted. We are extremely happy with the overall experience and wil certainly come back when it’s time for a new one. More
