Outstanding Customer Service from John Diaz! Leith BMW and John Draz continue to get 5 stars from me because they treat me like family. I just purchased my 5th car from Leith and John has been my Leith BMW and John Draz continue to get 5 stars from me because they treat me like family. I just purchased my 5th car from Leith and John has been my salesman each and every time. We recently leased my wife's vehicle and as I was waiting to close the deal, I asked John if the dealership ever got any early models in on trade. He was honest and said not really, people tend to keep them a long time or trade them in every couple years. He did tell me that he'd keep my request on his radar. 2 months later, I received a call from him saying he had found a great used 2003 Z4 that fit my requirements. It was perfect timing and the car exceeded my expectations! I commute about 3.5 hours each day so just any old car wasn't going to do the job. I am super happy with the car and more importantly, John didn't forget about me. Thanks again John Draz for your honesty and professionalism!
