Obviously, we both have enough experience with the buying process that none of the pressure tactics or financial silliness seen at other dealers occurs in my interactions at Leith BMW. Everyone is very professional, and I truly think the primary focus is on establishing clientele for the "long haul", not just one sale. With this many BMWs (total of 8), I know the service and parts people by name too, impressive that there seems to be little turnover in staff- always a plus.
