Thank you for helping us find the perfect car for us!!! We went to the dealership onMonday and spoke to Grant. Because we were running short on time we had to come back on Wednesday. We explained to him what we were looking for and left. When I called him to let him know that we were on our way and that we had found a car on their website that we wanted to drive. He then replied to me that the car we were talking about was waiting for us out front to drive. He had already picked that exact one for us and pulled it up, waiting for us. That is the car we bought and we live it!! He took into consideration everything we had told him and we got that and more with our car. It was a pleasure to do business not only with Grant but also the manager, Mark, Colleen and Charles. Thank you all so much for a great car buying experience! More

Best Sales Staff Ever! Charles was hands down the best salesman I have ever encountered at a car dealership. He was professional, courteous, not pushy, knowledgable, great Charles was hands down the best salesman I have ever encountered at a car dealership. He was professional, courteous, not pushy, knowledgable, great sense of humor, and acted with integrity and honesty. We had purchased a previous BMW from the 'other' local BMW dealership in the past, so we compared prices/offers prior to making this new purchase for a BMW540i. Charles and his staff acted with integrity in pricing out the new vehicle, unlike the other dealership. The lack of honesty and character with the other dealership only solidified that we had might the right decision in going to Leith BMW. We would only purchase from Charles at Leith BMW going forward and would highly recommend all others to Charles. When we picked up the car, he was so excited for us. I simply don't have enough positive things to say about Charles and the staff...simply put...a great experience! We even took a photo of Charles with our new car so we would have this nice memory in years to come. Thanks Charles! More
