Good car deals and better trade-in value I noticed the name Charles Thompson from Google reviews and decided to work with him for my 2018 BMW X1 xDrive. He was very pleasant to work with and knew the car details. I requested some details through email and response time was very quick and information was detailed. I went to another dealer before coming to Leith BMW and Leith BMW gave better price and gave much higher value for the trade-in value. Every time I buy a new car, the financing makes the experience horrible by trying to push me into buying all these additional services. Of course I rejected all, but the finance lady kept pushing. But they all seem to do that, not just here at Leith BMW. One other negative feeling I have is that the financing APR seemed bit higher than what I expected based on some Internet researching. I probably should have hold off the closing for few days and work with at least one local bank to see what APR they really offer. Unfortunately I didn't do that and just went with the rate that finance lady said was the lowest she could get. The APR they offered me was not horrible, but it just wasn't as good as what I had expected and hoped. So, in summary, the sales, especially Charles Thompson, was very good. And the financing, I never like financing unless they offer 0% APR. And I shall see how the service dept is when I come in for services... More

Greeting us at the door was Charles, very welcoming and offering to help us. Right away I knew we were in good hands as he mentioned he was an i3 owner!
