Great experience! After searching for a particular SUV for months and visiting numerous car dealerships I finally found the one that I wanted. Unfortunately it sold bef After searching for a particular SUV for months and visiting numerous car dealerships I finally found the one that I wanted. Unfortunately it sold before I could get back to the dealership. Grant contacted me to let me know about the sale and promised he'd notify me when another became available. He contacted me a few days later to let me know another SUV had come in and even had a vehicle transferred from a different dealership. I think Grant went above and beyond and did a fantastic job selling me the SUV. The car buying experience wasn't as horrible as I had experienced in years past and it went very smoothly. I'd highly recommend Leith BMW as everyone that I encountered were very polite and customer service was top notch. More
