Working w/David is always a real pleasure - he’s a top notch professional AND knows all of the details of all the BMW’s. David is always patient with me and doesn’t “push.” He answers all of my questions and doesn’t direct us in any direction...ie, which BMW is right for us - he presents the info and lets us decide. Once we decided which BMW to purchase and which options we wanted the “negotiations” were smooth and easy - again, no “pushing,” which I appreciate. (I’m retired now, but, I was a salesman for 45 years.so I’ve seen all types of salesmen - some/many of which are all “hype” and “push.” David is the opposite) Also we worked w/Colleen on the final paperwork - this is the 3rd - or maybe 5th time - that we’ve worked with her.
