Charles was an excellent resource during the entire experience. What I liked best was Charles' ability to demonstrate the use of and changes to all of the X2's bells and whistles. Also, Charles was very professional, relaxed and did not approach the situation in an aggressive, high pressure way. Charles and the sales manager worked with me on my trade in value and overall price of the X2 so I left the dealership with my new 2018 X2 with a smile on my face. More

My lease was ending on my X1 so I visited the dealership to go over my options and I decided to buy First off, I'm a 3 time loyal Leith BMW customer. My lease was ending on my X1 so I visited the dealership to go over my options and I decided to buy a certified preowned 328d. This was my second time working with John and he is always very nice and personable. He spent a lot of time with me helping me make my decision and I don't doubt he wants his customers to be happy with their vehicle. However, there were a few hiccups in the process that are currently being ironed out. Mainly, what appears to be a communication breakdown between sales and finance with the lease-end inspection but I've been told it will all be sorted out promptly (fingers crossed). That being said, I feel up to this point it has been a fairly painless transaction and I am enjoying my new vehicle! More
