Pleasant experience We were in the market for a new car and wanted to check out a pre-owned BMW X5. We’ve had 2 other BMW’s in the past; both purchased at Leith BMW. So We were in the market for a new car and wanted to check out a pre-owned BMW X5. We’ve had 2 other BMW’s in the past; both purchased at Leith BMW. So we decided to go back there. Grant Donleycott was very happy to help us when we arrived. He asked a lot of questions and came up with a list of preowned cars to show us. We decided that after looking at the preowned X5s we also wanted to see a new X5 model. Grant brought up a newer model x5 which had been a loaner car for the dealership. Needless to say it was really what we were looking for. We took it for a test drive, talked about pros and cons and made the decision to buy the car. Grant was very patient, friendly and answered all of our questions throughout the process. Even after the sale we’ve called a few times to ask a question or two and he has been very responsive. Easy and smooth transaction I test drove the car on a Saturday and continued to communicate with Ales over email. Satisfying Car Buying Experience Recently purchased a 230i Convertible from Brendon Clive. The process could not have been easier. Although Brendan touched based thereafter a couple of times by text to let us know about their inventory/rebates, we never felt pressured.
