Awesome follow up and customer service Hi I was working with Harry Helmer and he was great and and probably the best sales representative for a new car that I have ever worked with. He was very personable, friendly, and enjoyable to talk to and work with, and he was very patient. I met with Harry about 3 to 4 months ago to establish the car that I was looking for which I knew was not available yet. Knowing that 2017 were coming off leases soon he looked out for the exact car I was looking for and followed up routinely during that time to provide updates that he was still on the case. He reviewed the used car list every day and the day the one came in he emailed me and I bought the car that afternoon. His work and follow up shows great credit to himself and your dealership. He is a fantastic ambassador to Leith and is a great asset to your team. Kr John More

Excellent Experience with Harry Helmer I was looking to purchase a new BMW X3 OR X5 for my wife. I went to Leith BMW in Raleigh. I met one of their salesmen Harry Helmer. Harry helped my wi I was looking to purchase a new BMW X3 OR X5 for my wife. I went to Leith BMW in Raleigh. I met one of their salesmen Harry Helmer. Harry helped my wife & I settle on a new X3. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made suggestions to us on some options we didn't know about that we really liked & we decided on a vehicle that had these additional options. We traded in our older vehicle and Harry made the deal acceptable for us. Harry Helmer is a no pressure salesman that really takes the customers interest at heart. One of the best salesmen i've ever dealt with. Very enjoyable experience on buying a new auto. Thanks to Harry! More
