I dread the finance department part of the purchasing process, but here I was in and out. Brandon was a gentleman, showed me a couple of options, respected my answers, and moved on. He was super polite and sharp. It was the smoothest and quickest leasing or purchase experience I’ve ever had. This dealership understands what people want in terms of the buying experience, and more importantly, what they don’t want: pressure, xx, and tricks. They’ll give you their undivided attention and support if you’re interested in a car; if you’re not, no problem - they’ll still give you their respectful attention. We found a beautiful CPO on the website, and Ayman Elaridi took great care of us to help us finalize the purchase. Reading these reviews I'm shocked at how this dealer received such a high rating. I'm now thinking I was discriminated against due to my sexual orientation. It's apparent now. I had quite a bit of negative but already knew that and the value of my trade, I understood the negative and was prepared to take care of most of it with money down. The test drove was good, Nadar was pleasant but the value they put on my trade was way off from the market. I asked for my keys and left. They did not try to work with me or say anything. It was all of 5 minutes from when he took it to management to review. I then went to a Hendrick dealer, explained my situation, gave them what they needed, communicated with management, and they provided $9k more for my trade, discounted their new X3 M50 (which most aren't discounting this new model) and we closed the deal. I already had financing with my bank, I only need to choose the car for me and wrap up the deal. I'm appalled at the treatment from Leith BMW Raleigh and want others to know. I am not new to car buying and understand sometimes the numbers don't work, but this was not that situation. For me to simply be dismissed without even trying to figure out a deal is wild to me. However, I am better off because the new vehicle I got was the M50 and $10k more than the base X3 from Raleigh AND $9k more for my trade. I hope they learn a lesson here, but those big headed managers in that office won't care at the end of the day. Seems someone needs to come in a clean up the management. I will continue to give a review on factual information so others are aware. I would AVOID this dealer at all costs. Trust me, you'll get a better deal elsewhere and more friendly staff willing to help and work together with you. Cheers! More
