8am appointment for first service. Was told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours took 5.5 hours , told only thing needed was an oil change. NO PAPERWORK OR DOCUMENTS. Asked for it to be emailed, never happened. No loaner car. Total JOKE!!! More

My car had a bad battery and after 10K later I finally got my car out. One of the problems was a supposed gasket leak. When I brought to service at another dealer they said there was still an oil lea got my car out. One of the problems was a supposed gasket leak. When I brought to service at another dealer they said there was still an oil leak but it was the cover no the gasket. I brought it back to Vista and they had the car for 3 days and said nothing was wrong. The next day my engine light went on and at another dealer once again said it was the cover and it needed to be replaced. Vista is unethical, does not stand by their repairs and finds things wrong with your car that aren't there. Don't stay away, stay far away. More

Don't ever bring your car there for service. They will xxxx it up for you. My car was running perfectly fine until I brought it there for some interior cosmetic wear. Now my car has a defective battery, d xxxx it up for you. My car was running perfectly fine until I brought it there for some interior cosmetic wear. Now my car has a defective battery, damaged rear taillight, and rear bumper. How are you gonna send me an inspection after I picked up the car? I was really nice about the whole situation, but no one wants to take responsibility for the damages to my car. Piece of advice, bring your car to a place where you are respected and valued as a customer not where an advisor will hang up the phone on you. More

I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE or got seriously injured along with another driver, the second time I drove my BMW after Vista BMW claimed they did a full inspection and replaced my axles with new OEM parts. I went t another driver, the second time I drove my BMW after Vista BMW claimed they did a full inspection and replaced my axles with new OEM parts. I went to Vista to have a FULL INSPECTION and to have my axles REPLACED. Over a week later, I finally received my car back. Their receipt said they did as I asked. My car felt a little off but I assumed it was because I hadn't driven it in a while. I was driving north on 441; Traffic was going below the speed limit, when my steering wheel suddenly snatched from my hand towards the left and made a very loud bang sound. The car on my left tried to get away from me and jumped onto the median then back into traffic! We both pulled safely pulled over since the other cars slowed down. There was a loud metal rattling sound until I came to a stop. After inspecting my car we could see the axle was completely broken. I contacted the Broward Sheriff's Office, (BSO) and they advised me to back to the dealership and if Vista gave me any problems, to contact BSO again and they would be able to take action. The next day, I went back to Vista and all the staff kept preventing me from speaking to the Director or General Manager. I called BSO to send an officer. When he arrived and I explained, he went in there and made their Director, Don Woody speak with me. They agreed to tow my vehicle and repair the axles again. I had to bother them to get a rental which they would pay for. The next day, they claimed the reason the axle broke was because both the engine mounts were COMPLETELY BROKEN. I asked them how when they completed a full inspection. When I asked to see the video of the repairs which they HAVE TO DO according to policy, they didn't have one. NO VIDEO of my car or its repair. But they did a video the second time. When I asked Don Woody for information to file a Formal Complaint, he would not give it to me, only his email. Then he tried to intimidate me by saying, "We have a house full of lawyers". They finally returned my car with the axles allegedly "repaired" or "replaced", but now my car smokes from the tailpipe and the engine light is on which it NEVER did before. Also, the oil is going to be tested by a lab to see if they committed an act of retribution. If you value your life stay away from these people. More

This review is for BMW Financial. I have no issues with Vista. BMW 230i convertible I returned the car to Vista Pompano Beach Florida yesterday. I was told on the pre-inspection, “Do not drive the car Vista. BMW 230i convertible I returned the car to Vista Pompano Beach Florida yesterday. I was told on the pre-inspection, “Do not drive the car more than needed because your tires are close to being replaced”.   We did not drive the car more than an additional 40 miles (it only had 13+ miles on it in 3 years). Yesterday I was told “the machine told us you have to pay $1200 for tires”.  How can those tires only get less than 14,000 miles on them?!?  My wife (72 years old) does not squeal the tires!!!  I am a retired Driver Education teacher with Broward County Public Schools.  I took GREAT CARE OF THAT CAR. it looks brand new and kept up with the service. The service Dept agreed with my evaluation. Horrible customer service - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE We brought our BMW here for scheduled maintenance (having bought it elsewhere). I would NEVER return. They did not great us when we arrived. We were told to wait for the service person assigned to us; but no one came to help us (we had a scheduled appointment time and we were on time). We had to go find someone to help us. The service person called to tell us we needed additional service. We agreed to the service and asked if the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. We were told that this was likely. We did not receive a call at the end of the day. The next morning we called for a status and were told that our service person was not in yet. We asked for someone else to call - no call. An hour later the service person called to say the vehicle was ready late the the day prior - but no one called to tell us. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle we were not greeted, and no one said thank you. By contrast we had a Toyota serviced the next day at Deerfield Toyota and had a fabulous experience from start to finish. We will never return to this dealership and will never buy a car from them. It is worth traveling to Delray or Jupiter to buy your next vehicle. More
