I thought I would be treated with respect and was handed a $1000 bill for a minimum repair job. I would never recommend BMW service for the simple reason that the issue was known issue for any car with a su a $1000 bill for a minimum repair job. I would never recommend BMW service for the simple reason that the issue was known issue for any car with a sunroof. the drain hoses get clogged and then leak into to passenger compartment. If you google or youtube the fix it is simple and takes at the longest 2 hours if you have to take off the front tire to get the the drain hose to unclog from the bottom. The bill had no detail - just $900 + more charges to further insult us. $45 to throw away supplies? what supplies for this job? paper towel? They kept the car for 3 days and charged us to air out the car because the passenger side rug was damp. We had already vacuumed any moisture and they charged us for airing it out in the sun as they said they had to keep it another day because it wasn't sunny! We asked to be treated fair and Mike F. did the opposite. To make it worse, they shorted the battery and when told then the battery was dead, Mr. F said - " I can sell you a battery- talk about disrespecting the customer. Then they gave us a loaner and now I see a charge from $25 - what is that about. We had a full tank of gas ( we have gas receipt) and car had 3/4 tank. Maybe they tried to use the air conditioner to air out the car. I guess BMW service mgt will be happy with Mr F as he made them over $1000 , but I would never deal with BMW and especially Mike F. as he looked me right in the face and knew he just ripped me off and my GF who owns the car, didn't want to be unpleasant, so he took advantage of her kindness. More
I worked with both Geniuses because my car kept having an excessive amount of CarPlay issues. I figured I was doing something wrong, but it was just my phone after several attempts to fix it.
