Worse place ever! Worse dealer ever! The service director, Don Woody is very arrogant and rude. Service advisor Jonathan Perez doesn't know what hie’s doing. Every ques Worse dealer ever! Customer Service With A Smile! Mark Wright is my Service Advisor and he has always been only too willing to help me with a problem. A few months into my lease, a reading popped up Mark Wright is my Service Advisor and he has always been only too willing to help me with a problem. A few months into my lease, a reading popped up saying I needed service. The computer had to be re-booted and Mark got me in and out quickly. This past week I stopped in for my first maintenance service, oil change, etc. Mark was waiting for me and took charge of getting the job done right. In addition, he introduced me to William Menéndez, BMW Genius. My Bluetooth was not working properly so William re-paired my vehicle’s Bluetooth with my I phone. He did a super job and now it all works seamlessly. Great guys, like Mark and William, make it a pleasure to deal with Vista. They enjoy their work and it shows with terrific customer service, which is paramount for me. Vista can be very proud of them. Thanks so much! More

Appointment for Recall Parts Time Wasted I made an appointment a week in advance for recall service. I specifically identified my year, make and recall number at the time of appointment. Up I made an appointment a week in advance for recall service. I specifically identified my year, make and recall number at the time of appointment. Upon arriving early for my appointment I was asked if I ordered the parts. Why would I order the parts. I am the customer. I was told that they do not stock all the recall parts and I needed to have them ordered before I made the appointment. Why doesn't someone tell the girl that makes the appointments. I was told they would check on the parts and call me in a couple days. My time is more valuable than that. If I expected shoddy service I would not have bought a luxury vehicle. More
