Every time I go there, they tell me a different phone number to call for service. In order to get my service appointment, I had to call like five different numbers. The whole phone system is messed up at number to call for service. In order to get my service appointment, I had to call like five different numbers. The whole phone system is messed up at this dealership. This is my sixth BMW. The last four of them were with Vista in Coconut Creek. And this dealership should go there and learn how to use a phone system. It’s so frustrating. More
