Salesmen lied about vehicle. He said it was up to date when i bought car at 34500 miles. Comes to find out it was due for the 35,000 service and it cost me like $650 for this service at BMW. I looked at carfax on car before i bought it and saw there were no services done on car what so ever so i asked him to pull up service records he said it was done and on time... nothing was ever done, liar! Thank god i purchased the extended warrantee on car because just 6 months of owning it i found out the transmition had to be replaced, there was an oil leak and the fan was shot on car. It's only 4 years old with now 40,000 miles. I would never buy from them again, they will tell you anything to get you to buy even if it's a lie. If it's not in writing do not sign on the dotted line! More

SO, the billing manager-said,I can't except this check. I tell you what I can just finance it for you. She said but I have the check in full.He said the State of FL would want the check to Vista correctly. BULLCRAP. I have bought my mom a car with a check and put it in her name. She came out of the building said the deal is off. Noone even tried to stop her... She was buying the car,she wanted the car, the car price was ok, but your #1 vw place has RUDE people working there. After dropping off the rental, I was picked up from the car rental office in the car I was about to purchase around 4pm. After two hours filling out paperwork, I went outside to accept the car and found fresh deep scratches on the rear window and on the roof of the car, including the antenna. I understand these things happen as I once worked at a dealership. I offered to drive a loaner or a rental car back to Tampa because I had to work the next morning. I could drive back the following weekend and pick the car up after it was repaired. But for some reason, the people at VISTA BMW were unwilling to to do this. The sales manager began by offering me $200 to go get it fixed myself. I informed him that I was familiar enough with auto repairs to know that the repairs this car needed would cost significantly more than $200. He then began raising the offer to $400, then $600, and finally $750. After repeatedly turning him down, he offered to sell me one of the other cars he had in stock. I looked at all of the cars he had to offer, but none of them had the same options and low mileage. I had been shopping for three weeks before finding this car; I wasn't going to settle for anything less. So after resigning myself to the fact that this situation was not going to get resolved, I was forced to buy a Mercedes Benz C230 that was on the lot and got the xxxx out of there. Of course I found out later that I paid way too much for that car, so you could say that got me coming and going. VISTA BMW of POMPANO SUCKS! They do not care about the customer, the only thing that matters to them is the almighty dollar and how they can get their hands on yours. Save yourself the time & money, don't even consider VISTA BMW of POMPANO. They are just a bunch of shady, crooked salesmen looking to screw you out of your money. More

VISTA BMW is a terrible dealership. Brought home the vehicle and the strong "new car odor" was not wearing down at all. Then we found these frangrance soaked napkins placed strategically in the car. We have been asking them to take the car back and we will purchase a new one from them/exchange. We just want to own the vehicle they represented this one to be. We believe this was fraud and we are working with an attorney to rectify the situation. More
