I worked with both Geniuses because my car kept having an excessive amount of CarPlay issues. I figured I was doing something wrong, but it was just my phone after several attempts to fix it. This dealership has terrible customer service on all aspects in most departments. Do not buy a car here, you get the runaround even from the general manager. Miguel the sale person was okay. Absolutely abysmal experience with Pompano Beach BMW. The manager got into a car accident with the car I had a deposit on, which reduced the residual value of the car and it delayed me taking ownership o The manager got into a car accident with the car I had a deposit on, which reduced the residual value of the car and it delayed me taking ownership of the car by several weeks. Additionally, they charged my credit card twice for the earnest deposit and after 5+ business days that transaction still has not been processed. They are not timely in their responses and they are not honest and transparent. Their suggested remedy after all of this was to ship the car to my home address at a cost to them of $300. More
