In short, do not patronize this dealership if you're interested in buying a car - my experience was terrible. I wired the funds in the next morning and later that day the salesman left me a message that the car was being test driven by another person, a friend of the manager, and might be sold. I told him that the car was no longer for sale, that we had a contract, they had my deposit, and that their manager should honor our contract. Needless to say, a day later I got a voice mail from the salesman telling me that the car had been sold to the other party. When I called to complain to Frank Lynch, the manager, he was quick to blame the salesman for violating every policy in the book, threw him under the bus, and rewrote the history of when the car had actually been sold. One of the two was lying, and candidly I think the salesman tried to do the right thing but his manager elected not to. Nevertheless Mr. Lynch gave me every assurance he'd find me another car and make it right. That was a week ago, and unfortunately as I expected, he's done nothing, has gone silent and won't respond to my emails. On top of that they still haven't refunded my deposit and my next call is to an attorney. Lest you wonder if I'm just a critical person, I've dealt with some outstanding and honorable car dealers over the years that I give high praises to. Phil Smith Acura in Pompano, Orange Park Acura, and David Maus Toyota are three. But Vista BMW is a dealership that you should avoid at all costs. More

This place are the biggest crooks out there. DO NOT do business with them. FEB 2012 i has issues with my car were the gears wers skipping on a M3 under 100k miles. i brought it in for service. BMW called me back & said it was the hydrolic pump that needed to be replace, i said fix it. They called back again & said the clutch needed to be replaced as well, i said fix it. They then again called & said the fuel pump needed replacing for the car to work fine I said fix it. the bill was over 15k!!! BMW USA got 5k off. all in all spent 11k to fix the car. 6 & a half months later the car is giving the same symptoms. i brought it in & the said its now the fuel injector but is not sure thats the issue & want me to pay another $525 when the previous work is warrantied. So basically they have no clue if thats even whats wrong & want more MONEY!!! in addition the service agent calls back AGAIN & said the pullies that support the belts need replacing & thats another $350 plus tax! This dealership is a bunch of CROOKS looking to get over on people. I would stay far from VISTA BMW POMPANO!!!! More

Do not do business with this dealership !! it is not in your best interest!! Last Monday nite, they sold my mentally ill brother (who is under mental disability by the goverment)a used car and then procee your best interest!! YES that's right 4,433.00 of extra's!! I have been attempting each day to reason with VISTA BMW employess to remove everything they sold my poor brother but they will not! I have talked with each person; the finance manager, the salesman, the nite manager and even the general manager in charge about my brother's mental illness and the disservice they have done but THEY DO NOT CARE and refuse TO HEAR! Its blantantly obvious that all they care about is the DEAL and THEIR Comission! It is very sad that anyone in this world would take advantage of a human being that is clearly not in their right mind and is being declared legally incompetent at this very moment. I have tried nicely to discuss removing the extra charges of $4433.00 but they simply refuse . They know they took blantant and clear advantage of a sick person. It is bad enough that they sold a car to a mentally ill person in the first place but to take it to the level they did is just sickening. Please everyone follow our reviews. Salesmen lied about vehicle. He said it was up to date when i bought car at 34500 miles. Comes to find out it was due for the 35,000 service and it cost me like $650 for this service at BMW. I looked at carfax on car before i bought it and saw there were no services done on car what so ever so i asked him to pull up service records he said it was done and on time... nothing was ever done, liar! Thank god i purchased the extended warrantee on car because just 6 months of owning it i found out the transmition had to be replaced, there was an oil leak and the fan was shot on car. It's only 4 years old with now 40,000 miles. I would never buy from them again, they will tell you anything to get you to buy even if it's a lie. If it's not in writing do not sign on the dotted line! More

SO, the billing manager-said,I can't except this check. I tell you what I can just finance it for you. She said but I have the check in full.He said the State of FL would want the check to Vista correctly. BULLCRAP. I have bought my mom a car with a check and put it in her name. She came out of the building said the deal is off. Noone even tried to stop her... She was buying the car,she wanted the car, the car price was ok, but your #1 vw place has RUDE people working there. Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, after seeing the car listed on ebay. I got a great deal on the car and the condition was even better than stated on the dealer's website. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. The sales rep even picked me up from the airport and filled the car up with gas before I began the long drive home. More
