This review is for BMW Financial. I have no issues with Vista. BMW 230i convertible I returned the car to Vista Pompano Beach Florida yesterday. I was told on the pre-inspection, “Do not drive the car Vista. BMW 230i convertible I returned the car to Vista Pompano Beach Florida yesterday. I was told on the pre-inspection, “Do not drive the car more than needed because your tires are close to being replaced”. We did not drive the car more than an additional 40 miles (it only had 13+ miles on it in 3 years). Yesterday I was told “the machine told us you have to pay $1200 for tires”. How can those tires only get less than 14,000 miles on them?!? My wife (72 years old) does not squeal the tires!!! I am a retired Driver Education teacher with Broward County Public Schools. I took GREAT CARE OF THAT CAR. it looks brand new and kept up with the service. The service Dept agreed with my evaluation. This is thievery, in my opinion! I will never lease a BMW again. Stay away from this place! Bunch of crooks!!! I found a car there, agreed on the price and was ready to sign the docs. Next day the sales person said that he has to raise the price because his boss said so car there, agreed on the price and was ready to sign the docs. They sent me the contract, credit card authorization for the deposit and wire transfer info for the payment. Deposit paid right away, wire done the same day. Next day the sales person said that they will release the car once the wire clears the bank and the original paperwork is signed. 2 hours later somebody else from the dealership calls and tells me that they have changed their mind and will not sell it to me and take it to the auction. I just sent them $55000+!!!!! They better return me my money!!! Will never deal with them again and make sure will inform BMW USA about their practices! More
Abysmal customer service. Their business model is based on fees rather than car sales. They will try to circumvent any obligation they have through interminable delaying tactics. I bought an X7 M50i almost a week ago, the dealership gave me the car with a battery defect and with a bad battery warnings in the dashboard, I reported it as soon as I got home from the dealer. Now the car again is in the shop for software problems related to camera sensing, lighting, the a/c doesn't work And the car is less than 7 days new. The worse thing of all is that I have had to chase everyone to get my problem sort it out. No one of the person's that were involved in the sales process has showed up, given face, taken accountability or responsibility or even saying we are sorry we will take care of it. The only person that seems to be doing everyone else's job is Huntley, who is the BMW expert. So disappointed about how they turned from nice and attentive to completely careless and unaccountable after the sale was made. I also red a review on the other comments about the financing rates, a similar thing happened to me. Overall, to anyone reading this review or doing his homework from my experience I do regret not using a larger dealer. The only reason that I'm worrying this review is so that other people don't go through the same experience as I did. my recommendation is that you consider another dealer. I consider myself a reasonable person and understand that things can go wrong but what is unacceptable is not taking responsibility and accountability for them and I'm just shocked as how many people actually influenced my sales process and how none of them are taking accountability or have no rush in fixing what it happened. I just want my new car that I spend a lot of money on and as time goes by I'm starting to get concerned that the car might be a lemon.... I just want this nightmare to end.... More
