Abysmal customer service. Their business model is based on fees rather than car sales. They will try to circumvent any obligation they have through interminable delaying tactics. Their poor salespeople try on fees rather than car sales. They will try to circumvent any obligation they have through interminable delaying tactics. Their poor salespeople try to run interference for them through exaggerations, coverups, silly excuses just to hide the fact that are a bunch of cheap, unreliable used car sales organization. Stay away. More
I bought an X7 M50i almost a week ago, the dealership gave me the car with a battery defect and with a bad battery warnings in the dashboard, I reported it as soon as I got home from the dealer. Now the gave me the car with a battery defect and with a bad battery warnings in the dashboard, I reported it as soon as I got home from the dealer. Now the car again is in the shop for software problems related to camera sensing, lighting, the a/c doesn't work And the car is less than 7 days new. The worse thing of all is that I have had to chase everyone to get my problem sort it out. No one of the person's that were involved in the sales process has showed up, given face, taken accountability or responsibility or even saying we are sorry we will take care of it. The only person that seems to be doing everyone else's job is Huntley, who is the BMW expert. So disappointed about how they turned from nice and attentive to completely careless and unaccountable after the sale was made. I also red a review on the other comments about the financing rates, a similar thing happened to me. Overall, to anyone reading this review or doing his homework from my experience I do regret not using a larger dealer. The only reason that I'm worrying this review is so that other people don't go through the same experience as I did. my recommendation is that you consider another dealer. I consider myself a reasonable person and understand that things can go wrong but what is unacceptable is not taking responsibility and accountability for them and I'm just shocked as how many people actually influenced my sales process and how none of them are taking accountability or have no rush in fixing what it happened. I just want my new car that I spend a lot of money on and as time goes by I'm starting to get concerned that the car might be a lemon.... I just want this nightmare to end.... More
Just the worst experience ever.. First - I have NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER with my salesperson, Robert Harris. He was GREAT to work with. He was straightforward, nice, gave us a "we owe" First - I have NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER with my salesperson, Robert Harris. He was GREAT to work with. He was straightforward, nice, gave us a "we owe" to repair curb rash on the wheels and had the minor hood scratches buffed out post closing, too. He MUST NOT be blamed for ANY of the issues I have. He has tried his best but there was only so much he could do. We bought a '18 CPO X2. I had a 766 credit score and didn't get 0.9% CPO financing because, PER THE FINANCE MANAGER'S OWN ADMISSION BY PHONE AFTER WE CLOSED THE DEAL, the dealership, unbeknownst to me at the time, took a point out of the deal - thus, I paid 1.9%. I had no idea 0.9 was even a possibility until I investigated after the deal closed. I'm sure he'll also say that we didn't get 0.9 because we added my son on the deal as co-buyer and co-borrower which I would understand - but for the fact that we specifically asked if that would harm us so if we were told it would, I'd have bought and financed alone and possibly gotten the 0.9 - oh, except, of course, for them underhandedly taking that point. Second, their finance manager does not investigate whether there might be factory money, credits, etc., available to a customer. Only interested in selling you extra garbage. Also unbeknownst to me at the time the deal closed (I found out myself later), as a repeat BMW Financial Services customer I could have gotten a $500 credit from the manufacturer (I have a '14 M235i that I financed and paid off some time ago which would have qualified me). The finance manager later told me that because I didn't show up with a BMW to trade, they didn't think to bring that up. Maybe they should train their people to discuss all the available rebates and credits as much as they're trained to try and dig deeper into the customer's pocket with their extra garbage. That $500 is factory money. Doesn't cost the dealer a dime - yet their people couldn't even be bothered to bring it up to the customer. Third, we did not notice until a week after the purchase that was a large rainbow-shaped scratch on the rear window, obviously from someone at some point in time in the past running the wiper without a blade or with a broken blade. Fact is, with the motorized rear hatch, we didn't even see the rear window before buying - when we were checking out the back, we hit the remote to open and hit the button inside the hatch to close. Now, when I mentioned this to Robert post closing (a week later only because we were gone for a week starting the day after we purchased), he essentially told me the service manager and tech who reviewed the car for CPO approval told him that they didn't find that problem (because, of course, it wouldn't have passed the CPO test if it had that damage....) and therefore, if it's there now it wasn't done by them. Of course, that's ridiculous because it's obvious that the damage could only have come if there was either a missing blade or a broken blade and neither of those 2 problems existed when we got the car. The more likely scenario? That problem was simply missed or ignored in their CPO review. Robert was kind enough to arrange for their "glass guy" to buff it out to the best of his ability and I accepted that but the fact is, the scratches were there when they delivered the CPO car to me, it shouldn't have passed the CPO test like that and the scratches shouldn't have been on a CPO car. Not even as a goodwill gesture were they willing to do anything about it (again, except Robert who did what he could). I understand "caveat emptor" and that it's a "used" car and shame on me for not doing my due diligence and investigation. Could/should I have seen the scratched rear window before I bought it? Sure. Could/should I have looked more into BMW's financing, rebates, credits, etc., by myself before closing the deal? Sure. No doubt that's what the dealer thinks should they read this and the position they'd take IF they were to respond. ..... and on that last note about the dealer responding - I sent this same info, almost verbatim, in response to their post-sale survey email and they ignored me. I reached out to BMW, NA with this same info and a lovely person named Logan tried to get the dealer to do something but they did nothing. They said the the GM tried calling me once and left no message because my voice mail was full - so I emptied my supposedly full mailbox - and they never called back. Every interaction with this stealership has been horrible except for Robert Harris, the salesman (oh, and it was nice chatting with Warren, the glass guy, while he buffed out the rear window scratch). As a 55 year old man who's bought and leased probably 50 cars in his lifetime, I look forward to never doing business with this organization again. More

Horrible customer service - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE We brought our BMW here for scheduled maintenance (having bought it elsewhere). I would NEVER return. They did not great us when we arrived. We were We brought our BMW here for scheduled maintenance (having bought it elsewhere). I would NEVER return. They did not great us when we arrived. We were told to wait for the service person assigned to us; but no one came to help us (we had a scheduled appointment time and we were on time). We had to go find someone to help us. The service person called to tell us we needed additional service. We agreed to the service and asked if the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. We were told that this was likely. We did not receive a call at the end of the day. The next morning we called for a status and were told that our service person was not in yet. We asked for someone else to call - no call. An hour later the service person called to say the vehicle was ready late the the day prior - but no one called to tell us. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle we were not greeted, and no one said thank you. By contrast we had a Toyota serviced the next day at Deerfield Toyota and had a fabulous experience from start to finish. We will never return to this dealership and will never buy a car from them. It is worth traveling to Delray or Jupiter to buy your next vehicle. More
