VISTA BMW is a terrible dealership. WE bought a precertified X5 and they masked the smell of cig. smoke in the car by stuffing scented napkins in the car so that we were not able to discern the sme precertified X5 and they masked the smell of cig. smoke in the car by stuffing scented napkins in the car so that we were not able to discern the smell of smoke during our test drive. Brought home the vehicle and the strong "new car odor" was not wearing down at all. Then we found these frangrance soaked napkins placed strategically in the car. We have been asking them to take the car back and we will purchase a new one from them/exchange. We just want to own the vehicle they represented this one to be. We believe this was fraud and we are working with an attorney to rectify the situation. More
barry is one of the only pros there, having been in many times before, no one would give me a good price, in fact no one would give me any real price with out the entire 2hr deal that i wasnt willing to inv times before, no one would give me a good price, in fact no one would give me any real price with out the entire 2hr deal that i wasnt willing to invest the time until i was close on my previous lease ending...anyway barry is a top notch sales person and i got the best price around....management was not as friendly, but after all was said, i would not have bout the car if i didn't know i go a great deal..and after shopping for 2 months i know the deal could not have been beaten! in fact 3 other neighbors all got cars from barry also and they were very happy also. The reason why I give this rating is due to an issue Ive The reason why I give this rating is due to an issue Ive had since day 1 of purchasing the vehicle. I noticed a slight vibration through steering The reason why I give this rating is due to an issue Ive had since day 1 of purchasing the vehicle. I noticed a slight vibration through steering wheel and thought really nothing much of it and assumed new car and maybe needs a blanace. Anyway time went on and I finally brought it in, but to a different dealership from where i bought it from. They found a DENTED FRONT WHEEL!!! and I repladced it!!!! After the fact that I bought the wheel and brought it to Vistas attention, they didnt do xxxx about it. They clearly didnt give two xxxxs. Anyway, the vibration was still their and after months of putting up with it and bringin it into Vista a couple times, I was so fed up. I got a hold of Don Feiner, hes the aftermarket manager and deals with these issues. He put regular tires on the car and it got worse!!!!. After 3 weeks of driving a ford, I meet him up with Nick. Nick and Don basically teamed up to give me all these xx excuses of why im getting vibrations through the steering wheel. I told them over and over that this car was a Lemon. They denied the claim and gave me all this xx on how "any car you buy today will not run correctly" At one point, Don said "with all due respect, who cares." Thats when I was done with these fools. In the end I got my 2k down payment back and that was it. Those two are jokers. Future buyers, save your time and breath with VISTA BMW. More
I think I have you all beat. Purchased a used 2004 BMW 325i. I put $2,000 down and traded in a 2004 Ford Focus. 3 weeks later I get a call from the financing department that my wife needed to sign a doc 325i. I put $2,000 down and traded in a 2004 Ford Focus. 3 weeks later I get a call from the financing department that my wife needed to sign a document stating that she is also financially responsible for the vehicle and that they wanted another $1700. I told them no to the money. A week letter I get another call, that I need to fill out an "Easy Pay" option form and submit a voided check to provide the bank access to my checking account for monthly payments. I was told this was not an option that I had to do this since I did not give them another $1700. Keep in mind I have had this car for a month. I was forced to hire an attorney. More
First, this dealer and poor service advisor, Mike Welch, should get a ZERO, but the scale was 1-5... I had the worst dealer service you could ever expect. I had an appointment for a bad headlight on a b should get a ZERO, but the scale was 1-5... I had the worst dealer service you could ever expect. I had an appointment for a bad headlight on a brand new 530i that had been experiencing condensation in the light bulb. You would think "Ok just change the bulb, the seal must be broken." The kid said "Oh, I don't see any condensation now, we won't fix it." Also, my bluetooth quit working. I had an appointment for 9 am to fix it that day (had to leave my cell phone with the car). Told me they had over booked and they would need 2 days....Isn't that why you schedule appointments? Regardless, I left upset that I wasted my time going there for no reason. Neither the dealer manager or service manager returned calls. More

Rudest finance manager, and complete "b..ch". I was told the only reason the finance manager can be so rude is because she has something going on with the general manager of the lot. We can assu I was told the only reason the finance manager can be so rude is because she has something going on with the general manager of the lot. We can assume why she still has a job. Also, the dealership tells you they have great deals, but when I went in, the car I wanted was marked with the wrong year. Furthermore, the dealership dented the car and the cd player was also broken, and keep in mind, it is still a new car. Worse part, if your going to give a customer a dented car with a broken cd, then at least give the customer a BMW loaner and not a Ford rental. As for the finance part, we have leased three other BMWs in the past, but the finance manager had the nerve to ask us for citizenship proof after we left the dealership with our new car. Who ever asks for citizenship status, especially when we have already been financed by BMW in the past. My complaints can go on, and on. Overall, I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Next time, I am going back to Mercedes Benz, even if they do not have a good deal. I had 12 Mercedes and 4 BMWs in my past 12 years of driving, and I assure you there is a reason for why Mercedes out numbers BMWs. More
Unresponsive, unhelpful. I don't recommend anybody to buy a BMW if they have to go through these guys... Especially after the initiall warranty expires you will be throwing your money into thrash if you have a BMW if they have to go through these guys... Especially after the initiall warranty expires you will be throwing your money into thrash if you have to deal with extended warranty even if you buy it from themselves. They won't try to help you at all... Leaving messages and waiting them to return your call? Forget it, never will happen... More
I took my 2001 740iL to Vista BMW for its 60,000 mile service II and key memory re-programming. There were no problems with the vehicle at the time of drop-off. I received a call the next day informing m service II and key memory re-programming. There were no problems with the vehicle at the time of drop-off. I received a call the next day informing me that the alternator light was on and the A/C is leaking refrigerant from a high pressure line and would I like these items repaired at a cost of approximately $4,000. If there really had been a leak in a high pressure A/C line, the refrigerant would have escaped in a matter of minutes/hours and been immediately apparent. Keep in mind, this is a BLACK vehicle in South Florida still covered by warranty, any problem with the A/C would have been the first thing it was taken in to be serviced for. Now the A/C is inoperative and the battery light remains on. After 17 days, Vista BMW’s service department states “they cannot find the cause of the problem, have no estimate on a time frame for repair completion, no repair cost estimate, and have come up with no plan for a resolution to this situation”. Daily phone calls to Vista BMW’s General Manager, and/or service department requesting status updates have gone un-returned. At this point, I've notified the extended warranty company that any repair work submitted by Vista BMW is likely fraudulent and should be investigated. Now I have been forced to escalate this situation to BMWNA requesting their assistance with Vista BMW’s questionable business/service practices. If BMWNA is unable to help, litigation is the last step. Unbelievable as it sounds, all of this was brought on by my dropping the vehicle off for its $976.00 oil change. The 60,000 mile inspection II service was paid in cash ($976.00) at the end of week one. Yesterday, during a visit to the dealership the vehicle could not be located on-site; it would appear they have loaned the vehicle out, wrecked and/or damaged the vehicle, or removed ‘hard to acquire repair parts’ to repair another vehicle. At this point, whatever the resolution I have no confidence in the quality of the work performed and have reason to believe the service work supposedly performed, billed, and paid for was ever really performed or necessary. It is of no surprise after reading the comments on this site and my experiences with Vista BMW that the shop appears to have very few, if any other service jobs being performed and a completely empty customer lounge/waiting room. This has been the most frustrating automobile experience I have had in nearly thirty years of driving and dealing with vehicles. More
