My car overheated during a 40-minute drive on the freeway and had to be towed to the dealership. Mike took care of me right away and got the car into a service bay quickly. He offered to ride-share me home b and had to be towed to the dealership. Mike took care of me right away and got the car into a service bay quickly. He offered to ride-share me home but I had a ride. They kept the car overnight to run diagnostics, do the correct repair, and road test it. Picked it up the next afternoon with no charge since repair was under warranty. The only disappointing element of the experience was the fact that the overheating was traced to failure of a new part that was installed in a complete cooling system replacement two months previously. At least the whole service process was taken care of flawlessly by Mike. He does a great job as a service advisor which is why I always work with him. More
