BMW of Pleasant Grove is a very mature dealership for being new. My wife and I had visited the dealership multiple times this past summer while deciding which vehicle we wanted. We met Parker Despain and being new. My wife and I had visited the dealership multiple times this past summer while deciding which vehicle we wanted. We met Parker Despain and worked with him over the next several months discussing vehicle options, colors, and financial terms. Ultimately we decided to take delivery of the new BMW at the factory in Munich. Parker went out of his way multiple times to make the process easier and more convenient for us, which resulted in him making several trips to Salt Lake City in order to help us. He was always courteous and I felt that we were getting great value for our purchase. The dealership is clean and well organized and we felt welcome and comfortable during every visit. We also worked with the service department to put on new wheels and tires and the service department was excellent to work with, clean, and respectful of our new BMW. Overall I have no reservations in recommending this dealership and its full complementary of services. We'll definitely return to this dealership for all future BMW purchases. More
When my wife and I were expecting our fist child in 2007 we decided that we would like a larger vehicle than what we had. We shopped for a small SUV and were more impressed with BMW of Pleasant Grove than anywhere else we looked. We leased a 2007 X3 Si. We loved our X3 and so did our Daughter. Fast forward to summer of 2010. We were expecting Daughter number two. Our lease was ending soon and I thought: new baby, new BMW. It made sense to me anyway. My wife and I decided to look at all large SUV's that interested us. And so I started looking in the late summer. It was the same experience. No one treated us as good as Collin and Parker at BMW of Pleasant Grove. They know their product better than any of their competitors. They take the time to get to know you better than anyone else. During our X3 experience, when we would take the car in for service, Collin always greeted me by name and asked how everything was going. When we decided to purchase a new X5 Parker and Collin helped us order the one that we really wanted. It was great to work with these two, who are so passionate about the product that they sell. We couldn't be happier with our new X5, or the purchasing process at BMW of PG. I would recommend them to everyone looking for the Ultimate Driving Machine, with the Ultimate Purchasing Experience! My entire neighborhood now uses Collin for their BMW needs and they are just as thrilled. Now to Keith Curtis- if my BMW is ever in need of service, Keith is johnny on the spot! Most of the time he just works my 7 into workflow of the day and I get my car done while I wait- he is quick with papework, chasing down parts, arranging a loaner car, anything you ask, Keith will do without hesitation- I have owned several foreign luxury cars including Mercedes Benz and Audi and half the ownership experience lies in the car and the other half in the dealership service and how you are treated- By far, BMW of Pleasant Grove (Collin and keith) have made my experience heads above any other dealership- I am a customer for life as long as these guys are in the Biz!! I noticed a knock in my shocks when i went over speed bumps so I called up Keith at the Pleasant Grove Dealership to set up an appointment to get the problem looked at. He scheduled my appointment for th bumps so I called up Keith at the Pleasant Grove Dealership to set up an appointment to get the problem looked at. He scheduled my appointment for the next day and set me up with a loaner car, after a quick check in with my car I was on my way. Keith called me back a couple hours later to keep me posted on the progress of the inspection. Keith let me know what the problem was, what it was going to take to fix it, and how long it was going to take. Within a few more hours they had my car ready and set with a new sway bar to fix the problem. Chris did a beautiful job working on my car in such a timely manner, and all was finished by the end of the day. I picked my car up and they had it sitting up front washed up and cleaned out pretty as a new penny. Everything went so smoothly and they helped me not miss a beat in my busy schedule. More

As important as a new car is, the ongoing service is equally important. Craig Northup and Keith Curtis in the Service department are great to work with. They accommodate schedules the best they can, and make sure that everything from routine maintenance to other repairs are handled efficiently and effectively. Everyone at BMW of PG has a positive, "can-do" attitude that puts the client at ease, and keeps them coming back. I won't go anywhere else. More
