I can genuinely say I have never been treated so well, by any dealership, in my entire life. My vehicle had a service update which was performed in a timely manner, and they were kind enough to loan me a brand new X3 for use while it was being serviced. I also notified them of a noticable floating sensation felt in my vehicle under hard acceleration, which when looked into, they discovered some loose linkage bolts and an extremely out of spec alignment. They proceeded to torque everything down, perform an alignment, and do a once over on the car, before washing, vacuuming, and returning it to me. All of this was completed at no cost to me, which speaks volumes considering the vehicle was purchased from a 3rd party used. Danny, one of their service technicians, was a pleasure to work with, and due to this sole experience I can guarantee my next vehicle purchase will take place through them. More

Purchase of Used 2011 BMW X5d Purchased this vehicle and was told it had not been in an accident. I asked to see the Carfax, but was told they do not use Carfax on their used cars. Purchased this vehicle and was told it had not been in an accident. I asked to see the Carfax, but was told they do not use Carfax on their used cars. The salesman stated they use Autocheck instead. Auto check showed a clean history. When trading it in a new BMW X5 35d, the Carfax report showed damage. As a result, we over paid and got less on trade than we would have for an undamaged vehicle. When contacting the salesman, he again stated they only use Autocheck on their used vehicles, which is false. The dealership refused to take any responsibility for misrepresenting the X5. Their last response was they looked forward to my future business. More

Long term relationship I had a vehicle being worked on that I eventually traded in for a 2014 320i. I was given a loaner for several weeks while my 2000 528i was in the shop, which I appreciated. When it ended up the costs of fixing the older vehicle were prohibitive and I decided to upgrade to the newer car, they were very accomodating in reversing charges for work done on my trade-in. This showed me they were interested in a long-term relationship, not just a one and done transactions. Thanks to Evan, Dustin, and Diana for their help and service! More
