This sounds like a truly troubling occurrence, and we'd like to help. In reviewing our recent records, I don't see any instance of having a 2010 BMW X5d with issues as described and we have not had a 2010 BMW X5d in our inventory lately. Additionally, I see noted in the review a mention of an employee that has not worked here for years. We take every client and every review seriously as a process of training and quality control.
