Jamie made everything go smoothly from the deal pricing to the ordering of the vehicle, to keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle production, to the delivery and paperwork signing. He also qualified my 2008 X5 for a "pull-ahead" program that allowed me to turn in the vehicle without having to make the last two payments on it. I have dealt with many salesman over the years, but none of them were ever of the caliber of Jamie McCoy. I can't imagine anyone better. More

They are ahead of me in arranging service, they pick up and deliver my vehicle to my house leaving me a loaner BMW to test drive and the service is always done well.
