Recently my brand new to me CPO BMW experienced some problems with interior elements. I was in a different section of the state from where I had purchased the car and brought the vehicle to BMW of Peab problems with interior elements. He took care of the necessary repairs, as well as arranged for other maintenance service to be performed while I was there to save me another trip. However, the extra things that are professionally done by someone like jamie McCoy are truely the exception but should be the norm. He was concerned about each step in the car buying journey...from the packages to be purchased and fair trade price, to the perfect delivery...All concerns were addressed and not hidden from view. All items we wanted in the car from safety, to color, to engine size were all taken care of..I will be back next year for the 535I xDrive and I know it will be a fabulous experience again. They really do take pride in the vehicles and it shows in the overall presentation from the employees they hire to the care of the cars on their lot. This is my second BMW purchase from Jamie in less than a year (totaled the first in an accident) and I can't think of another person I would rather by a car from. Jamie is professional, energetic, extremely knowledgable and committed to helping his customers find what they want. Oh, and don't be fooled by Jamie's no pressure sales personality. Jamie mccoy is one of the best brokers i've met. i leased from bmw peabody for the past 3 years before making my purchase recently. staff are very knowledgable about the value of various features of leased from bmw peabody for the past 3 years before making my purchase recently. staff are very knowledgable about the value of various features of the sale. he was able to assist with requesting specific options that otherwise may be difficult to get. personally, i tend to loathe high pressure sales and everything that goes with it. the best thing is that i did not get any of that in my experience with bmw of peabody. they were also quite accommodating to my hectic work schedule (and have been for the past 3 years). i plan to continue using their services for future purchases.
