In my opinion, BMW of Peabody treats and services their customers better than any other dealership I have dealt with. The staff, including sales people, service people, workers and even the chauffeurs are customers better than any other dealership I have dealt with. The staff, including sales people, service people, workers and even the chauffeurs are always pleasant, friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their customers. Our advisor, Chris Blazack is incredible and my partner has actually purchased 2 cars from him previously. Absolutely 0 pressure, personable and a car geek just like us! We drive to another state just to purchase here because they always have the best inventory and prices and very high standards on their certified program. I always thought car buying was suppose to be a nightmare where each side is looking out for themselves. Well all I can say is Chris in Sales and Daniel in financing, Rob in delivery and BMW of Peabody as whole is absolutely working 'for' the buyer. Though I imagine it helps when you are selling an incredible product. Thank you so much. More

Well we bought another BMW from Jamie McCoy this week. I have bought over thirty five new vehicles over the last 45 years and Jamie is in a league of his own. Usually when we walked into a dealership I wou have bought over thirty five new vehicles over the last 45 years and Jamie is in a league of his own. Usually when we walked into a dealership I would last about 10 minutes talking with a salesperson before walking out frustrated. I have very high expectations of people selling me something and almost always am disappointed. Not with Mr. McCoy ! Yes he is knowledgeable, extremely hard working (7 days a week usually), and very easy to work with. Absolutely no B.S. I have recommended him highly to friends, family and business associates. Everyone says he is "simply the best." I agree. More
Just wrote a review about my recent sales experience at this dealer and saw the post on Mr. Rob Hannafin. We have owned a fifteen year old BMW with very high miles serviced at this dealership exclusively this dealer and saw the post on Mr. Rob Hannafin. We have owned a fifteen year old BMW with very high miles serviced at this dealership exclusively since new. (We follow the BMW Car Club "Old School Maintenance Program designed by Mike Miller). BMW Peabody and Rob have always been very helpful, quick to diagnose and repair problems, and fair in their pricing. Mr. Hannafin knows his BMW's inside and out and owns several classic BMW's and has several newer "daily drivers". He is by far the most competent and knowledgeable service advisor I have known in almost 50 years of servicing our cars (I currently deal with four cars of mine and another six owned by family members). Two years ago I bought one of our Hondas into my local mechanic for routine service (vehicle has over 200k miles) and asked him if he wanted to do some maintenance on our 1999 BMW. He knew I had serviced the car for several years at BMW Peabody. He told me his extended family had been in the car sales and repair business in the greater Boston area for three generations and they personally knew many of the owners and senior management at the domestic and foreign new car dealers in Mass. He then stated "you are doing business with the most honest and well respected car dealership in Mass - why would you even think of going anywhere else". I can and have bought many cars from other dealers. I keep coming back to this dealership, not because of price (I can save several hundred dollars buying from other dealers on the Bimmerfest web site), but due to the exceptional service I get from them. BMW Peabody's success starts with the owners and the senior management they employ. Rob Hannafin is the best Service Manager I've ever dealt with. More
Never have I seen a dealership that would go to such lengths to avoid honoring a clear warranty replacement item. They blatantly lied to me about the test results, even after I gave them multiple oppor lengths to avoid honoring a clear warranty replacement item. They blatantly lied to me about the test results, even after I gave them multiple opportunities to reverse their decision by substantiating their mistakes through other service facilities. The deceptions and outright stupidity is unfathomable at this particular dealership. Not only did they misdiagnose my vehicle's problem, but their insistence and unwillingness to acknowledge their mistakes goes even farther. In fact, after complaining about them to BMW headquarters' customer service, they even went out of their way to misinform them to con them into siding with their erroneous analysis and decision not to honor a warranty replacement. I would, with absolute certainly, never buy a vehicle from these jokers nor would I ever trust them with my vehicle to provide an accurate and/or professional repair. Their lack of comprehension for the mechanics of these vehicles is shocking and deplorable. Frankly a so-called dealership like this one should be SHUT DOWN...PERMANENTLY!!! More

Specifically, she was really attentive to understanding what I was looking for in a new car… my priorities, my level of experience and knowledge, my expectations ---- and, she worked with me based on my needs and wants. I really appreciated her understanding also of my budget parameters and my way of arriving at a price -- it was easy and we arrived at a deal really quickly. Additionally I have appreciated that Kaitlin has helped me to navigate all aspects of the process…. from the sale itself, to the business office, to the service and parts department… and is really helpful in learning about the features of my new car. He responded to my calls and emails promptly and made the whole process something to enjoy and savor rather than dread. Their service is also outstanding having had my previous BMW (all 212,000 miles!) fully serviced at the dealership with very competitive prices. To sum it up they make you feel like family. More
