You will be so pleased with this Bmw dealership and service ...you won’t go anywhere else.Sandra Garcia in service is Incredible ....she is super co You will be so pleased with this Bmw dealership and service ...you won’t go anywhere else.Sandra Garcia in service is Incredible ....she is super cool and really knows how to take care of the customers needs....I had a few fixes plus needed new tires ...she had my car ready for me before I could even get back To pick it up ...she made sure the shop repair foreman mechanic Vince was on top of any issue I had and I was super impressed that he explained In person any issues I was having and what they would do to find the problem ...he even followed up with a phone call to explain what he had found . Pretty impressive stuff! Plus Ken Miller In customer service is top of the line in customer satisfaction and he is fantastic and super friendly ...all these employees make Bmw look good!!! More

In addition, I didn't have to go without a vehicle and was given a loaner car until the work on my vehicle was completed. I was worried about the friendliness of a BMW dealership, but those worries were put to a rest when I arrived. Everyone from the shuttle driver, who was a former high school student at my school to Brian!! Thank you!! More

Long wait for service. A great thing about this dealership is that I'm always able to get a loaner to use while my car is being serviced. Usually the car is done when my service advisor has told me. However, this time I returned at 3 and the car was not ready. It took until 4:45 for it to be completed. I hope that this will not happen again. More

Service Michael Pope sold me our BMW in November 2013. Since that time he always takes my calls and does what he can to facilitate my questions. I recently Michael Pope sold me our BMW in November 2013. Since that time he always takes my calls and does what he can to facilitate my questions. I recently asked him about bringing in my car for it's annual service and he set it all up for me with Amy. I drove from Orange County to Palm Springs to get it serviced because they really seem to care and always give me personalized service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
