Great Customer Service! I took in my brand new 330i due to a noise the driver door was making. They went ahead and gave me a loner car while they checked out my car and kept I took in my brand new 330i due to a noise the driver door was making. Andrew my service advisor was very professional & polite and made sure everything was fixed and good to go. I didn't think they were going to fix the problem due to bad experience with my previous dealership & they proved me wrong. The problem was 100% fixed and I'm very content with the outcome. I would totally recommend this dealership & I will be going back! More

Theres a young lady in the glass office that was very nice, she walked by and noticed I was waiting and my vehicle was ready. Attitude. Poor customer service. Took my car in August for the end of warranty cycle and then with used to deal with it. Had to take it in September. Went in to have oil changed Took my car in August for the end of warranty cycle and then with used to deal with it. Had to take it in September. Went in to have oil changed and they would not change it because there was not enough time between appointments rescheduled appointment then went in again and this time they wouldn't change the oil because there wasn't enough miles on the vehicle. Everything about the operation is extremely slow slow to check in and see an advisor slow to get a rental car slow to get your car washed it took 45 minutes to have the car washed this is just incredible More
