Upgraded service My BMW had to be towed here. It never ran again and Sandy Thompson in Service initially refused to have it salvaged. I got busy and didn't inquire fo My BMW had to be towed here. It never ran again and Sandy Thompson in Service initially refused to have it salvaged. I got busy and didn't inquire for a few months. When I checked in again a few days ago I worked with Vaneisha Foster and Doug Small, 2 new people and they absolved my issue within 24 hours and minimal hassle. I wish things had gone as smoothly initially, however due to the fact they stepped up I have edited my review from one to 4 stars and would recommend the group in general. More

So thoughtful and courteous Stan is amazing. It was nice to be treated like my time mattered. Went in for the airbag recall replacement and was treated very well. We were given a Stan is amazing.
