Took the car in to fix a twisted seatbelt and they did a great job fixing it! Gave me a nice loaner convertible which was a treat to drive as well. I've had an excellent experience with this dealer/service... Except for the time last summer when I had to wait over an hours for a loaner vehicle!! We've purchased two new BMWs at BMW of Palm Springs and have had our BMW's serviced exclusively at the dealership. The sales staff is superb, knowing their product and highly professional.
