Oil change on vehicle as planned. Car service to and from dealership was great, however, it would be nice to have had a loaner car. The need to upsell on filters was unexpected. Inte Car service to and from dealership was great, however, it would be nice to have had a loaner car. The need to upsell on filters was unexpected. Interaction with parts department regarding cost of filters was disappointing. Would not give us part numbers for the necessary filters. This had never been an issue with other dealerships on other vehicles that we have owned, including Acura. We appreciate the car wash and getting us in on short notice. Thank you. More
