I bring my vehicle to the dealership annually. This time the dealership dropped the ball with its lack of communication. I never received an "official" notification that the car was ready -- I had to call in and hope the call would be answered. The car was dropped off on a Wednesday morning. I knew it would need to be kept overnight. I called late Friday afternoon and was told the car would be ready within an hour and that the paperwork was being finalized. I arrived to pick up the vehicle Saturday morning -- no paperwork. The dealership's communication totally fell apart during this annual maintenance visit. I truly hope it improves. More
