This dealership is owned by Indigo Auto Group which has multiple dealerships around the country and has great clout with trucking companies to negotiate a great price for shipping. Smart, focused and friendly We've been wanting to replace my dad's car (he's 85), a 2001 Lexus 430 for some time now. We started with the C class Mercedes convertible, but the sa We've been wanting to replace my dad's car (he's 85), a 2001 Lexus 430 for some time now. We started with the C class Mercedes convertible, but the sales person was a bit slick, and the car felt like econo. we went a block away to BMW, and Phil sauntered up to help us with the 430i convertible. he clearly knows his cars, and we were out on a demo ride in 5 minutes. The best part was when dad took the wheel - he loved it instantly, then about died when he saw the hard top in action. As a company car, we had some serious constraints on the purchase price. We couldn't make an un-used car work, but creatively suggested one of the two lightly used loaners they had. I flew back home, and Phil kept in touch - the car needed to gain some mileage before they get us a discount. Knowing I had a visit in place, they pulled some stings, put together a package, and we walked out the door at the exact number I told him we had. the entire process was easy and quick, with us out the door in the new car in just over an hour. I highly recommend you ask for Phil if you're interested in learning more about BMWs, and even remotely in the market. More

This was not the first BMW dealer I had searched out info from but it was the first one that really knew the product .... he was prompt in getting me pricing and lease information. Phil answered my many questions, he was not pushy. And he did not walk away when I told him I lived in New Hampshire. Nope. He continued to help me and offered to drop ship to New Hampshire. If you are looking at purchasing a BMW I strongly encourage you to look for Phil. More

He could tell I didn't want to sit there and haggle or waste time. He gave me a great deal, so I walked in a Tuesday and had the car in my driveway by Thursday. I would highly recommend him. Kevin got me through the finance part of the transaction as quickly as possible. Then at delivery Jennifer showed me everything I needed to know about the car. Also realizing that I did not have 45 minutes, she didn't belabor the operation. Thank you all! More

At one competing dealership, In our recent search for a new vehicle, my husband and I decided to focus on three dealerships: Audi, Mercedes, and BMW. At one competing dealership, the salesperson was content with walking us around the lot, letting us sit in different vehicles--giving no information on the capabilities or features of any of the models. At another, we took a cosmetically attractive model for a test drive, with the salesperson telling us the wonderful capabilities of this model, but at the end informing us this particular car didn't have them! Then we went to BMW. Our salesperson was Phil Meyer, who took us on test drives of both an SUV and hybrid sedan, explaining a full array of functions and capabilities of each and giving us sufficient information to drive either off the lot with confidence. We ultimately chose the sedan,, and Phil and his sales manage "put their best foot forward" to find a price satisfactory to us. Phil has followed up with a promise to "always be with us" through our ownership experience--and I believe him! More
